Came across yourself having a hard time to communicate properly with the party over the other side of the phone? Frankly I do, especially when I'm in those kind of state when I have to log in a case where a system needs a doctor, and the other person keeps on repeatin of his/her questions. Just in case you do not get what I mean. Here is one scenario. You bought a HP Compaq PC or a IBM Thinkcentre notebook and suddenly the system having errors up and down, giving you tons of problems. Knowing that the machine is still under warranty, you decide to dial their customer care service hotline. You did your very best to choose the correct option, and in the end, they put you on hold, making you to?listen to their "awesome" music and someone finally speaks up with an unwelcomed and grumbled voice. The worst part is, they will ask those no link questions, urging you to answer to their questions no matter what. Especially insisting on phone support even when I let those operators know that engineers over at my side has troubleshooted the matter. Fed up? Indeed. Sometimes I feel certain service hotline care support should put in more effort to serve their customers well! Hmphs.
