Citibank recently launched a new baby called THE CLEAR CARD. I am wondering if it is another danger zone for the public. I have friends who apply but being rejected. When calling up, they totally refused on releasing reason of rejection. What they say it is the bank rules and regulation for not disclosing the reason behind.
I am wondering if the bank do not release the reason on why a client is being rejected, how can the client know and get their issues resolved? What kind of a banking policy is that?
Anyone can comment and advised on this? Is all this credit card a good things or bad things for the public?
