TheFadpeople is an online portal (called a blogazine) based in Singapore, it features the new, the quirky and the fun. Focusing on lifestyle, theFadpeople (with a capital F) fills you in on what you do not know and what you do know, theFadpeople re-interprets it with a Fad twist.

Written by 3 individuals who very aptly call themselves theFadgirl, theFadchick and theFadboy, the blogazine has a vision of spicing up the local blog scene. Even going as far as saying that “We want to go where no one has gone before - and do that our way.”

TheFadtravel covers topics on traveling, bringing the personal experience of theFadpeople to its readers. TheFadtravel differs from other travel websites in that it tries to include local knowledge and more non-touristy information. Check out its recent posts on Vienna and Seville.

TheFadgourmet as the name implies covers topics on food. From introducing restaurants to education on food, theFadgourmet differentiates itself from other food blogs through educating its readers, like its recent post on how to taste a good glass of wine.

TheFadbuzz, with its slightly different header, electrifies its readers with news on films, music, clubbing, events and parties. Perhaps one day, they might organize a party for all of us!

TheFadrunway sounds like a fashion blog but it is actually more than just fashion. Apart from fashion, theFadrunway also includes information on architecture, design and art. If it is meant to be flashed, it will get featured on theFadrunway.

Kopitalk is a place for everyone to vent, for everyone to speak. If you have a topic close to your heart, write to them and they will post it on Kopitalk. Their topics, your takes, share your opinions and they will share theirs.

Perhaps it is a new beginning, a new style. Even the term blogazine is not common. I have read them as I am a personal friend. Give them a chance to impress you and even if they do not, email them and offer suggestions for improvement.
