Cheese lovers out there, you definitely would want to head down to Pasta Fresca Da Salvatore!!

With an intense pasta craving one day, a friend recommended me to head down to this superb restaurant. Initially I thought this restaurant is just another over-priced italian restaurant, but not quite!

We went there pretty early, at about 1145am on a Saturday and there wasn't much of a crowd yet, however crowds are most expected at dinner time. (we went to the pasir panjang branch)

behold: PURE CHEESE PIZZA! it's called Magherita. Just tomato sauce + mozzarella cheese on top.
On a thin crispy crust, so it's bursting full of flavour!
when you lift a slice, all the cheese literally gets stringy and oozy! YUMMM! this is how pizzas should be!

$13.90 for 1 pizza (8 slices) It can feed 2 people i think. Think crust means less starch means can eat more.

we also ordered a Lasagne to share. Lasagne Gratinate All' Emiliana
It does not taste like ordinary lasagna, it tastes heavenly. The perfect mix with pasta sheets, tomato sauce, meat and parmesan + mozzarella cheese. This cots $15.50

told ya it'd be a cheese overdose!!!

the interior design of the restaurant. it is neat and clean and pleasant.

After trying out the Magherita at this place, I'm addicted to Pasta Fresca! GO TRY IT!!!

some more pros include:

• The service is polite & quick
• The food is served hot and fresh, and not late
• The ambience is just nice for fine dining without it being too lavish and posh
• The foods are not overpriced. Pastas are priced at an average of $15. and you can choose from 17 types of pasta for your dish (like fettuccine, linguine, spaghetti, beef ravioli, fusili, gnocchi)
• They have various desserts, italian ice cream from $3.30 per serving to $7.30 per italian dessert and gelato. very affordable!!!
• Wide range of starters, pizza, pasta, main courses

By the time we were done with lunch at about 130pm, more people started to come in.

The 5 branches are conveniently located throughout the island.

1. Boat Quay (30 Boat Quay, near UOB plaza)
2. Singapore Changi Airport (T2, Viewing Mall, Level 3)

It's really cheesy and nice and fragrant but you have to eat it fast!!!    When it just came, your focus will be on the freshly melted cheese...all good and greAt...    when it coolz...you will shift to notice the thin crust which was abit burnt, and dry too...then the fragrance of cheeze drops and all...which makez you miss the crust and etc. from pizza of Pizza Hut...    5/5 for when it'z hot!  3/5 for when it haz cooled...    overall...4/5 from me!!!
