This is got to be one of the best western meal I'd ever had - Irish Lamb Stew from Secret Recipe.
I had my lunch at the Secret Recipe at Vivocity that day before going for a movie. The service is great and the food is good. Though too bad that they don't offer FOC ice water anymore.

One wholesome piece of lamb rib slow cooked with the unique Irish sauce really makes my meal more delightful. It comes with whipped potato and a bun. Oh, and there's carrots in the stew sauce.
I really love the stew sauce. It makes a great idea to dip the bread in the stew sauce, enjoying the meaty and savoury sauce. The sauce is apparently cooked with the meat, veggies and a whole lot of spices and special ingredients, making it so good. Though i don't really like carrots, the carrots in the stew are slow cooked until very soft and filled with the aromatic taste of the sauce.

Coming to the meat. It's really tender and fresh. Just one gentle slice with the knife and off comes the meat. Just like the carrots, the whole piece of lamb rib is deeply infused with the savoury taste of the sauce. And don't you worry, it only got the faintest smell of the mutton meat odour, which is almost totally blended into the sauce to give it a distinctive taste from normal chicken and pork.
