Out of the Pan Restaurant is notably known for serving crepes. It is located by the fountain at the basement of Raffles Shopping Centre. Their crepes come in different flavors and offer numerous selection of fillings. In particular, I enjoy the Peking Duck crepe with the East vs. West fusion. 

Unfortunately, I did not have the stomach to try out their lovely desserts. I heard that the popular dessert, Fresh Berries Waffles, teamed with fresh custard and luscious strawberries, is simply aromatic and divine. Another delight will be the Chocolate Mania Crepe in which a sweet glazed banana wrapped in a mellow, dark chocolate crepe and accompanied by dark chocolate ice-cream. I'll shall try solely for the desserts in the future.
