i hv tried the stir-fry bitter-gourd with black bean sauce fish head.

The fish head is fresh and the sauce tasted like heaven .. the combination of both item - make you taste the food so good like never before. 

I hv visited this stall for the last couple years. they served other dishes best also. like the sweet and sour pork.... very tender also.... 

it is located at the old airport road #01-152 , btw i only go there in the late evening time ,cos  a lot of ppl eat there. 

one plus point, now the old airport stall are re-open after 1 year of renovation, the place is much cleaner and more table to sit around....

Fresh and Delicious food Saturday, 11 August 2007 - Written by Anthony I used to frequently this stall often, bringing my friends or colleagues over for gathering    Personally i like the chilli crab very much, thick and lots of sauce. Most importantly, the crabs are fresh, tender and easy to eat    I also tried the stir-fry bitter-gourd with black bean sauce fish slice. The fish is fresh and tasted good when combine with bitter-gourd.    Not forgetting the sweet and sour pork, the meat is tender and easy to bite. The boss mentioned to me that he specially prepared their own sweet and sour sauce everyday haha    Location(hint): Look out for those yellow umbrella seats situated outside the hawker centre and enter from there.    Seats are 6-8pple, u can choose to sit outside to enjoy the breeze.    Enjoy! cheers. They taste great!   The Crab are of gd quality and pork ribs are tender.   The prawn roll taste different from the rest out there, very nice.   I like the Vege best!!! Reply / Leave A Comment
