Yesterday, me and a group of friends went down to Ministry of Food in Suntec for lunch.. It is actually a really nice Japanese food restaurant.. the service was excellent and prompt and polite. The ambience is comfortable and the orange cushion chairs were really comfortable.
We were served with one pot of free flow green tea once we sat down.. the utensils and bowls etc are all exquisite and pretty.. We ordered a wasabi seafood salad, a teriyaki bento, salmon sashimi, unagi bento, tempura bento, tan tan ramen and a cold seafood ramen.

The first two dishes that came was the wasabi seafood salad and the salmon sashimi. I have only one word for both dishes - FANTASTIC.. The sashimi was so fresh and delicious.. it is so different from the ones I used to eat at sakae sushi or ichiban. this one is way nicer.. the wasabi seafood salad is comparable too. The wasabi salad sauce was served in another bowl for customers to add in the amount of sauce they want themselves. The seafood were fresh and the sauce was delicious. Not too choking like th normal wasabi.. contains the wasabi taste, yet was mild and sweet and sour.. no wonder it is recommended by the chef.. really worth a try..

I didnt get to try the bentos.. but from the looks of my friends.. I think it tasted nice too.. since they finish up everything.. haha.. the seafood cold ramen is another unique dish. although the ingredients used is relatively similar to the wasabi seafood salad, it has a different sauce which brings out the taste in the cold ramen.. taste really special..

I ordered the tan tan ramen.. the soup was nice and the ramen was cooked to just right.. chilli was also available for you if you like it more spicy.. no complains about it..

Lastly came the dessert.. there are so many choices of desserts.. and the ice cream floats and ice cream look sooooooooo pretty and delicious.. however, we were too full to eat more.. hence only one of my friend ordered the green tea flavoured ice cream.. which after I tasted, I seriuosly am tempted to order more ice cream dessert to try.. but really cant eat anymore.. (coz we bought a cake in too for my friend's bday)./. BUT.. i am definitely coming back again to try their dessert!! heard from my friend who has eaten before said its nice..

Think there is a 10% for DBS/POSB card members.. so do drop down to try.. price is alright.. we spent 16 bucks for each person..
