Couldn't get more of the good Indian crusine since 2 weeks ago, I just visited Adams Road for some quite good Indian Mee Goreng, from the stall "Ibrahim Mee Stall".
Firstly, i don't remember i told the uncle to add an egg, but when the guy delivered the mee goreng to me, it's topped with an egg, oh well..... trying to earn 50 cents more ah?
But seriously, this is one of the best mee goreng i had eaten so far. The ones i got from other hawker centres don't have that much rich taste as the one from this stall. Eh....Oh well, i haven't tried the mee goreng from other stalls at this same Hawker Centre, but seriously i think this one is really quite good. I simply just love the rich taste of the mee goreng, which i think should be attributed to the oil and spices they used. When the plate of mee goreng arrived on my table, the rich indian flavour really whets my appetite. Next thing i like is the texture of the noodles, it's a bit crispy on the outside, making it really nice to eat, a really different texture from what you get at other places. But watch out for your cholestrol, it's much more oily too, so don't eat it too often just because it's good, haha. However, it's best to order something to go with it, or maybe as the stall owner suggested for me, add an egg, 'cause there's really not much ingredients in the mee goreng. Personally, I'd suggest some mutton soup or chinese rojak.
