Go down to the basement 2 of AMK Hub, and you'll see a long queue of people queueing up beside the escalator. What these people are queueing for is the delicious Durian Pancake from Four Seasons.

The durian pancakes are hand made on the spot! But the waiting time is really damn long, cos there's only one people making the pancakes and he can only have around 8 pancakes on the stove at any one time. And people usually buy in bulks.

See the fillings? Quite a lot and looking good eh? These are  fresh real, unprocessed durian flesh, topped on the pancakes.

The process of making the pancakes is really long...... i have to queue for around 20 minutes even when there's only a few people before me. These pancakes gotta be good.

Btw, other than pancakes, the shop also sells other confectionary like durian cakes, durian puff, durian crepes, durian pudding, etc etc. Lots of durian stuffs for you to choose from, great for durian lovers.

Finally got my box of durian pancakes after a long queue.

$1.50 for 1 pancake, buy 4 get 1 free. I bought a box of 5 for $6.

The durian filling is really damn good. It's just like eating normal durian, except that this one is cold, and there's no seeds. You wont get your hands dirty too. Shiok!

However, one disappointment is that the pancakes, although made on the spot, isn't really hot. Probably cos the durian flesh is cold and it conduct the heat away from the pancake.

I love their Durian Mocha but 4 pieces cost $3.50 or $3.90. A bit expensive.
