Excellent service, excellent salad spread, excellent choices from the menu. :D my selection, of course I am a sucker for carbohydrate laden food hehe! the salad option comes free with every main course/pasta ordered, by the way. of course, you can order a salad too. :D the U.S fries & dip. see, since the setting of the entire restaurant is a little more high-end than the usual Swensens outlets, the presentation is also a tad nicer. they serve all foods in white plates and bowls. so it gains points there for looks. and the fries are so fat and delicious. :D for main courses, we ordered these. LEFT: Tuna Quesadillas - MY, they are wonderfully tasty. Great for those watching their weight because they fill you up without the greasy feel. RIGHT: Charboiled Porterhouse Steak (you can choose either fries/mashed potato/baked potato). The steak is well done in this case, and it's tender and juicy. The sauce rocks too! we ordered Topless 5 for dessert, together with banana topping. :D and this is how they served us: so different from the usual glass bowl with 5 scoops slapped in it. Each is neatly scooped and placed. the hindsight of course would be having to finish them quickly before they melt! Our entire meal + taxes added up to a bill about S$60. about 15bucks more than our usual Swensens meal. Others in the menu include: fondue for 2 (inclusive of cherries, strawberries, bananas, ice cream, wafers, brownie cubes) for $16.90, dishes good for two people (so 1 dish, 2 people eat) and lobsters! Their drink selection is more varied too! However, the ambience is extremely conducive for a lovely lunch/dinner occasion. Choose a seat beside the glass wall that overlooks the outside of vivo and the sea. The service is prompt and excellent. Not too posh, not too extravagant, yet you feel like they treat you like you are king there. :D
