Went down to Mustafa last week at around midnight.. we parked quite far and had to walk some distance to get to Mustafa. Along the way, we saw this dim sum shop and decided to stop by for some supper. The restaurant is called Swee Choon Tim Sum.. though the chinese han yu pin yin pronunciation should be 'rui chun'.

A fully air-conditioned food shop, once we enter, we can see many photos of celebrities who have been there to eat before. This triggered my curiosity about the food here. Beside the main shop, there is a take-away counter for people who want to 'da bao'. The service was prompt and I ordered barley while my bf ordered soya bean drink.

Here comes the introduction of the food we ordered. Altogether we ordered about 4 dishes. We had siew mai, xiao long bao, egg tart and chicken feet. Firstly, the xiao long bao... I love the xiao long bao that they made there.. the soup inside is delicious and the skin of the xiao long bao was just right.. not too thin like some places where once you take it up, the skin will break and all the soup will flow out. On the other hand, it is also not too thick which some makes you feel that you are eaten meat wrapped in flour. I couldnt get enough of it.

The egg tart we ordered was the portugese type egg tart. Compared to the ones sold outside, I strongly prefer this. The egg tart is less sweet compared to outside and has the perfect taste, not too over like some outside where they put too much sugar. In addition, I think the egg tart is softer than most I have eaten. However, I think it could have been better if its more crispy for the crust...

The siew mai also tasted a little different from other shops.. hard to describe.. but I can say the siew mai is not too oily and the meat used is fresh.. no complains there.. I like its unique taste

The chicken feet.. is also different..haha.. most of the shops sell the chicken feet in red orange sauce.. so it is a bit of sweet and spicy taste. For this, it is made by those black beans and has brown sauce.. personally.. I think this dish was disappointing.. think I prefer the usual ones that are sweet and spicy.. and more tender.. they should steam it for longer periods to make it really tender and soft..

All in all, I will definitely patronise this food store again as there are so many other choices of food.. In addition, the price is reasonable , we spent about slightly more than 10 bucks for the supper.. for dim sums.. definitely worth a try!

Ya i agree this place Dim sum is kind a cheap. but if talking about worthy i think the har kow and siew mai not worth the money as it comes in 2 only. Food wise i wouldn't say it is fantastic because some are really unique and some more just so-so...
