Bedok 85 oyster egg is the one of the best I've eaten so far (but I'm not claiming to be a connoisseur of food here) that makes want to return for more. My recent trip with a group of friends to the Bedok 85 food centre was one of the most memorable food trips I've had. The wide array of delectable food leaves me good memories and of course, frequent cravings of the food at the popular supper spot.

The egg is so soft and nicely cooked, it kind of just melts in your mouth. The chilli provided just adds on to the luscious taste. There are also many oysters inside the oyster egg. Well, taking just one mouth of this lip-smacking dish definitely isn't enough for oyster egg lovers like me. Look out for the yellow signboard 'cos there are a couple of other stalls around selling the same stuff.

The memories of the oyster egg at Bedok 85 makes me want to go back for more! Looks good, doesn't it?

The stingray chilli is spicy, but very shiok! It is also not overcooked 'cos the stingray meat is so tender and fresh! Me and my friends couldn't get enough of the stingray we started gobbling the stingray just so we can eat more! Just thinking about the stingray makes me salivate. Yum yum!

There are alot more 'treasures' at Bedok 85 for you to discover, such as hokkien mee, chicken wings, BBQ sotong, otak otak ('otah'), etc. Try going with a few Bedok gurus or people staying in the East, it helps you filter out which stalls are the better ones and get the best out of the money spent! One full meal can cost less than 10 dollars and the enjoyment of the food is certainly worth more than that. ;)
