I have a frequent disconnection problem that has not been solved till now. A big internet service provider doesn't have a support email address. Calling their customer support, I need to press a long number, then listen to their options and press my choices again, then I need to wait for 5 minutes sometimes longer than 10 minutes. They have made me do this for more than 30 times. They have sent their linemen to my house to check the line for more than 15 times. Try to calculate how much time wasted. Everytime, I called the support staff, the guy attending to me always treats me like a new case, seems like they don't know this is an on-going unsolved problem. They never check the past records of my case, or maybe they never keep the past records. As a result, they always suggest me to perform a few routine checks again and again. I will switch to StarHub if this problem is not solved by next week.
