I bought this CD when I was having drinks with my friends at SomO, Mont Kiara (I'll feature this venue later). The 2 sales girls were trying their best to persuade the skeptical Malaysian market to buy genuine CDs (afterall, we Malaysians do enjoy the benefits of buying cheap pirated goods), when they're drinking. (we're smarter to get conned even when we're drinking!)

Anyway, since I suddenly felt the need to support local Malaysian products, since I'm feeling charitable, since the night is so young & I'm actually attending a most boring singles night, since they said if I don't like the music I can get full refund, I bought the CD with a mere RM20. (if only all genuine DVDs are this price)

The next morning when I popped the CD into my car stereo (was too drunk to even remember its existance that very night), I was delighted!

A little bit of lounge music, a little bit of trance music, a little bit of hype music, a little bit of instrumental, all grooving in a most delectable CD. I'm no music guru, so I can't tell you how they manage to put all these different elements of music into one so well together, but you won't be disappointed by The Hypercubes: out of the cube.

My favourite piece gotta be the second song "Chinatown". Just love how they mix all the instruments together. One piece of advice - do not get distracted by this music when you're driving!

Hmmphh.. too bad I can't play a little piece of music here for you to listen, but hey! If you're interested to get one, do call Ad Lib Records, which recorded & mixed The Hypercubes: out of the cube, at 603.5637.8692
(no, I'm NOT getting ANY comission at all whatsoever)

Give it a try, support Malaysian products!

Hi, I hardly can see ppl selling this type of CD whenever taking food at Mamak /chinese stalls. As always ppl come to me to sell those cheap pirated movies only. Huh...guess can only find it at the areas like Mont Kiara, Desa Sri Hartamas or Bangsar??
